Sharp End Training - Coursebase Terms
- Membership periods will be by agreement. We do not issue invoices after access has been given to our coursebase or allow access on approval. Payment is by monthly installments.
- Access is by user name and password, and generally available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year without restriction.
- Coursebase material sits on an independently managed server offering a 99.9% uptime guarantee.
- User names/passwords will be sent as soon as possible after agreeing terms.
- We try to continually improve and upgrade content and generally do this without telling you - You might notice things sometimes looking different...
- We retain copyright of training material and illegal copying or otherwise is considered theft. Where we have used files, graphics, logos, sound or other content from other providers, we have done so in keeping with their copyright wishes and acknowledge this.
